The Coroners Inquest into the death of Tatyana Harrison, a 20 year old Cree, Métis, and Brazilian young woman living in Vancouver, has concluded, exposing numerous missteps that occurred with policing agencies and the B.C. Coroners Service. The unanimous, five-member inquest jury disagreed with the conclusions by the BC Coroners Service about Tatyanna’s cause and manner of death.
